We collaborate across various departments - from leadership and operations to sustainability, legal, marketing communications, and HR teams - to meet their key performance indicators, continuous improvement goals and public transparency disclosures.  We offer two service lines, green consulting and sustainability marketing communications.

Green Consulting

Our Green Consulting service line provides business advising and consulting services within the environment social and governance (ESG) sectors, as well as climate justice, carbon management and environmental stewardship.  We help our clients to move beyond a compliance mindset to a systems approach based on continuous improvement and we utilize public disclosures to ensure transparency.  Additionally, we assist our clients with implementing social sustainability strategies and practices that cultivate more equitable and inclusive operations and systems. We have experience helping clients integrate Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) principles into their core policies and programs, ensuring these values are baked into their organizational culture.

Awards

Since 2007, Evolution Marketing has received 50+ awards in graphic design (American Graphic Design, Health + Wellness Design) and marketing and communications (MarCom International - Honorable Mention, Gold & Platinum,  Business Marketing Association of Milwaukee, Society for Marketing Professional Services).  

Our commitment to sustainability, environmental stewardship and giving back to our community has earned us repeated recognition at various levels. Locally, we were named the Oconomowoc Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2020 and Green Business of the Year in 2011. On a state level, the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council has designated us as a Green Master Program, “Master Scoring” company nine times since 2009.  Nationally, we received the U.S. Green Building Council’s WNC Leadership Award of Excellence in 2020.  Internationally, our sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and ethical marketing efforts have been celebrated with multiple  Communitas Awards for Community Service,  and Sustainability Leadership.

Evolution Marketing proudly partnered with Artisan Dental, a fellow Wisconsin B Corporation, to create their comprehensive Impact Report. This collaboration underscored Artisan Dental's commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility, showcasing their strides in eco-friendly practices and community engagement. Our team at Evolution Marketing expertly crafted a narrative that not only highlighted Artisan Dental's achievements but also set a benchmark for sustainability in the dental industry. We happy to announce that this report won the 2023 American Graphic Design Health and Wellness Award.
